Patient Registration
Our Practice area covers the triangle between Redruth, Truro and Penryn. We care for patients from all the villages within this area. We do not register new patients from the towns listed above as these are well served by the town Practices. We aim to provide a full range of family care in a compassionate and professional way.
All new patients are required to complete a GMS1 form (available from reception) and are invited to attend for a “Get To Know You” appointment with the practice. Patients now register with the practice and are not placed on individual GP lists as previously. You do however have the right to express a preference to receive services from a particular practitioner and this will be recorded in your medical notes.
Whenever possible, a continuing problem is best dealt with by the same doctor.
You may print off a registration form,and bring with you to the surgery to register and arrange a new patient appointment.
