We would like to introduce you all to Natasha our Care Co-Ordinator who recently joined the surgery. Natasha works at the surgery on a Tuesday and Friday and is able to help support patients in accessing and engaging with health care provision along with any support that may be available to them. You may receive a telephone call from Natasha following a stay in hospital. Natasha will be also making contact with our patients that are registered as being carers. If you are registered at our practice and care for someone, please let us know so that Natasha is able to make contact.
