Repeat prescriptions will be given for one months’ treatment at a time. If prescriptions are ordered early, we may need to enquire about the reason to ensure that the correct treatment is being given.
To order medication you can either:
- Download the NHS App and register for on-line services and then this will give you the ability to order your medication.
- Order Online Here
- Email Dispensary Team direct with your repeat medication requests to [email protected]
- leave a written request or marked repeat prescription form at the Surgery
- Alternatively, if you are not already signed up to our Managed Repeat System and would like to be, please speak to a member of the reception team when you collect your medication.
Patients who wish to register for online services please click on this link NHS App. You will be guided through a secure registration process which will enable you to have online access.
When you order your prescription please remember to allow four full working days before you collect them
Any orders placed over a bank holiday weekend, including the bank holiday Monday, will not be available until after 12 Noon on Friday of that week.
Please consider these times when ordering i.e.: if after 4.30 pm the request will not be accepted until the following day OR at weekends the request will not be accepted until the following Monday.
